Why am I unable to register for the Petron Mobile App?
If you are unable to register, an error message or code will appear during the process. If I don't register my Petron Miles card, will I still be able to redeem my points?

Why is the outdoor payment terminal kept prompting to register my Petron Miles card?
It looks like your Petron Miles card has yet to be registered. Please register your card to prevent your points from expiring.
What should I do if the receipt from the outdoor payment terminal does not have a QR code?
If your Petron Miles card is not prompted to enter a mobile phone number or display a QR code, it may already be registered. You can try performing another transaction to verify. If there is still no QR code or instruction for you to enter a mobile phone number, your card maybe registered. Please contact the Petron Miles Call Centre for verification.
My phone is unable to scan the QR code on the receipt.
If the QR code on the receipt is damaged or unclear, you may request a reprint of the receipt. Alternatively, try scanning the QR code using a different QR code scanning app or other device.
How long is the validation period of the QR code on the receipt?
The QR code on the receipt is valid for 21 days.
Why am I unable to scan the QR code immediately after printing the receipt?
The QR code will be ready for scanning after 1 hour from printing the receipt.
The registration page is not loading after scanning the QR code. What should I do?
Please ensure your network connection is stable and try again. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or try accessing the platform using a different browser or device.
I scanned the QR code but received a "transaction not found" error. What should I do?
We prioritize your safety at the pump area and want to ensure that registration is completed in a secured location. Please re-scan the QR code after 1 hour in a secured or safe area.
What is the last 4-digit ID number required on the registration page?
The number requested is the same number you entered on the outdoor payment terminal during fuel payment. This is to ensure the security of your data and points, protecting them from fraudulent activity.
I forgot my last 4-digit ID number. What should I do?
To recreate the 4-digit ID number, you need to perform another transaction at the outdoor payment terminal.
I did not receive the OTP for registration. What should I do?
Please ensure the phone number entered is correct. If the issue persists, perform another transaction at the pump screen or select the "Resend OTP" option under "Other Function".
I closed the registration page before completing registration. What should I do?
Rescan the QR code. If the registration is successful, a confirmation page will be displayed. If not, please perform another transaction at the pump screen or station counter in order to get a new QR code (printed on the receipt) for registration.
I registered via Petron Mobile App and did not receive my 100 points after registration. What should I do?
The 100 Petron Miles points under the app registration program are currently unavailable until further notice.
I have registered but the outdoor payment terminal is still asking for mobile number.
The card may have been registered with incomplete information. Please scan the QR code to complete the registration process.
Why am I being charged RM 1 during registration?
The holding of RM 1 pre authorization is only temporary and will be refunded to your account. This measure is in place to protect against fraudulent activity.
The RM1 has not been refunded to me yet. How long will it take?
The RM1 preauthorization refund timeline depends on your card type as follows:
Credit Card: Immediately
MyDebit: Within 15 minutes
MasterCard & Visa Debit Card: 3 to 8 working days.

You can download the Petron Mobile App from the App Store for iOS or the Play Store for Android. Simply log in using your registered mobile number. If you encountered any issues, please note the error message and contact the Petron Miles Call Centre for further assistance.
I lost my receipt after fueling. What should I do?
You can fuel up again at any Petron station to receive a new QR code for registration. Alternatively, you can return to the same station, go to any pumps, select "Other Functions" and choose "Reprint Receipt." Insert the same payment card to reprint your receipt.
I forgot to collect my receipt after fueling. Will my personal information be at risk?
For security, the QR code is protected by a 4-digit secret code that only you know. Your mobile number will be masked and will only appear after the correct 4-digit code is entered. If there are multiple incorrect attempts, the QR code will be void.
Why am I unable to register with the cashier?
We recommend using self-service by scanning the QR code using your own mobile number for your privacy and security.
Can I get assistance from the station staff?
Yes, Petron station staff are always available to assist. Customers are encouraged to ask for guidance from the staff and scan the QR code using their own phone.
If assistance is provided by the station staff, customers can select ""assisted by station"" during the registration process.
I am holding a Petron Miles Gold Card. How do I differentiate the normal and Gold card on the Petron Mobile App?
There is no longer any cards classification. All cards are now treated equally with the same rewards and redemption benefits.
My Petron Miles card is lost/stolen/damaged. What should I do?
Lost/stolen/damaged cards have to be reported as soon as possible to the Petron Miles Call Centre during the following hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday – Sunday).
This is to prevent anyone from misusing your Petron Miles points. Upon receiving your report of a lost or stolen card, the card will be blocked immediately from being used.You can then, grab a New Petron Miles card which is available at any Petron service stations.
To transfer your Petron Miles points from the lost/stolen/damaged card to a new Petron Miles Card, please contact Petron Miles Call Centre for further assistance.
What is the process to update my personal details for my Petron Miles membership?

It seems that your card has expired due to inactivity. Please be informed as per Petron Miles Terms and Conditions , Petron requires at least 1 point earning activity within 12 months to avoid expiry.

No, Petron Miles Points can only be exchanged for rewards listed in the Petron Mobile App, Petron Miles Rewards catalogue or instant rewards at Petron service stations.

The App determines your preferred navigation method based on the Apps installed in your device:
If Waze is installed, the App will directly open Waze.

I am unable to download the Petron Mobile App because it requires me to upgrade my operating system version, and I am currently using Samsung Android 8. What should I do?
For safety and security purposes, you will need to upgrade your Android operating system to version 10 or higher in order to use the Petron Mobile App.
I deleted my account under the “Delete Account” tab in Petron Mobile App, how long will it take for my account to be disabled?
The system will take up to 24 hours to remove all of your data and disable your account.
I changed my mind and wish to keep my Petron Mobile App account, what can I do?
Please contact Petron Miles Call Centre within 24 hours after confirming the deletion of the account.
If it has exceeded 24 hours, please be informed your data and points can no longer be retrieved.
Can I still use the Petron Miles card that was linked to my Petron Mobile App account upon deleting my account?
No. All Petron Miles cards linked to a deleted profile will also be deactivated and can no longer be used at any Petron station to earn or redeem Petron Miles points. You will need to obtain a new card and register again to become a member.
